I am preparing for my double duty trip home today.  First I will be traveling to Georgia to see my family and friends that I missed over the Christmas and New Year Holidays.  I am excited to hug my mama and dad and will be anxiously awaiting my visit with Fabulous friend Michelle and her sweet child Singer and of course Mrs. Mary Eady.  

My last stop on the trip will be going back to East Carolina University for the Material Topics Symposium.

I will be speaking this year on day two regarding the Material Topics Roots, my how it has grown from the seed I once planted and I could not be more excited about it.  Renee Settle-Sterling, Amy Tavern, Jean Campbell, N.C. Black, and Ken Bova are all among the list of presenters this year and it is sure to be an inspiring time.  You can visit the link above to read more about this symposum and how you can get involved.

Perhaps the best thing about leaving a home is the time of return, and I look forward to it!!
